From one page back:

"you have a 2014.

If you want 90km tank range and crisp throttle listen up!

Pilot 35
Main 162
Something 8J needle 2nd clip
AS 1.5

Set, clean enjoy and never touch again!"
Then you should've quoted those settings and not these :asshole:

CURRENT:
Main 430
Pilot 25
43-75 1st clip
Idle jet 80
9.5mm float

So, 60km turned into a 74km ride with all sorts. Have at least 2-2.5l of fuel left and the bike is running crisp throughout the rev range, f eling and sounding healthy. Being a little bit slower ride a had proper time to play and test the bike and I would say im happy with the setup as is. Sprocekt setup is perfect for me. Very usable 2nd gear and a top end of 134kmph (per gps) and the clock read 140kmph so not that far off at all.

So for now its bend, break, replace, maintain repeat enjoy!

CURRENT:
Main 430
Pilot 25
43-75 1st clip
Idle jet 80
9.5mm float
Suspiciously close to what I recommended.
How many turns open on the air screw, I'd imagine it should be 1.5-2.0?

This setup is with S-4 needle jet.

AS is around 1.2-1.3

I now have to start reading on Lesotho setup as Im going in 4 weeks times, my suspicion thus far:

LESOTHO:
Main 420
Pilot 25
42-75 1st clip
80 idle jet
9.5mm float

Stupid question - why would you need to change the float level?

Set too high from the factory. If the float is too rich, jetting is too rich throughout the throttle range and vice versa. Also leads to bike stalling out on downhills as excess fuel gets into the crank

And the rest pisses out all over De Wildt

Ok so after Sunday ride inspected the plug again and very happy with the way it looks. Ill probably do a plug chop as an experiment somewhere along the line.

So washed my bike as I only got a new pressure washer yesterday.

Then, got my hands on 2x EF07 single green 130's (my preferred choice for tubliss)

Moered out the bearings while im at it, will buy replacements tomorrow, All balls if Vinny has stock or BMG

And then the boots need some TLC as well.
