Anyone here perhaps own a LEATT one? Wondering if this sucker will take a 3L bladder seeing as it has 1L storage, very similar to current LEATSWE I have:

Ive had two leatt ones and they both fitted the 3l bladder with other kak in. Tools, medical supplies, phone etc. But im starting to like the idea of spreading the weight in a bum bag like that acerbis one.

But why would there be air in it if its full of fluid??
idiot ...there is always air in it as you never completely fill it , she however manages to get more in by overfilling it and getting all the air out - look at the markings where the amount of fluid capacity is indicated - fill to there and only and there will be an air pocket above the fluid - fok julle is dom

Maybe she fills it with carbonated water?
fok i will cotch ....

Best is to turn the bladder around and bleed the air out the valve.

Hi Tman21,

Have a look at this:

https://www.leatt.com/shop/moto/hydration-bags/tool-belt-core-2-0-black-xs-xxl.html

Perhaps not exactly what you're looking for but I have a sample at home that I can take photos of this evening and WhatsApp them to you.

Cheers

And lugging tools on your back will wear you down now now!!

So the fanny pack is a no brainer, this chap acts as a kidney belt as well. One less item to pack/wash/replace and its nice and comfy.

For bladder so far its OGIO atlas or USWE ranger 4:

I like the Uswe one. Which shop was this avaialble at so i can go get one...

Ive settled on the following:

USWE A2 hydration. Flex fit bladder 2.5-3.0Liter capacity

And the acerbis bum bag, to drop my kidney belt from the kit box. Hate it when the bum bag slides down to your arse so the stretchy effect will help with that.

Tough times for bike shops and I love to support small business/friends/local in that order but not at a 25% premium unfortunately.

To be honest, with shipping its kinda potato tomato with local prices but I send it to my offices around Europe and work it back whenever myself of wife travels.

Total cost at exchange rate of 19,07 was R2050

So have you received the goods? You will clearly save on shipping and duties by using your offices but then you need patience, something I don't have! :icon_lol:
