Fork re chrome

So I managed to run out of talent (as usual) and whacked my stanchion through the protector. Astrid will load a pic in a minute.

It's actually made a little dent - do you guys think this is salvageable via re chrome, or is it fubar? Obviously the seal is now leaking...

Also, as far as I can tell, in the Oc ( thus is a ktm 350) there is no structure inside the fork that will get affected. Is this correct?

Do some homework and price up a new one too then you can weigh up your options

If i remember correctly you can build it up with pratley steel.

I also dented my chrome fork shaft through the guard! Raceworxs Did a new one for installed for about R2800-00! Ask Wobbler he bought the bike, he has the old fork that I kept if I wanted to polish and the invoice for pricing!

Wazi, I called them. They quoted me 2500 for a part thar was more than double at Rad...??? Perhaps I made a mistake. Either way, dropped them off at Blue note to sort out
