Thanks @Tman21, I'll play with air screw and PV as suggested and see what happens. The 150 uses a NGK GR8DI-12 plug.
No change in how the bike runs unfortunately. Someone on Thumpertalk had the same issue on a 250i, I've linked his video below:


3-5 seconds into the video is exactly how my bike runs. His issue was resolved with an updated map from KTM.

I guess I'll just have to wait but I hope I'm not doing damage to the motor in the interim:(.

Not too sure if its the same, but give the below a check if you haven't.
A friend had some Loctite (or similar) which clogged the pipe and gave him issues (bike was brand new).
